Refund & Revisions Policy

1. All sales are final

Every Little Mirror Books storybook is a custom, made-to-order digital product. Each book is generated using artificial intelligence based on the photos, names, personal details, and preferences you submit, and then reviewed by a member of our editorial team before delivery. Because the book is created specifically for your child and cannot be resold, reused, or returned in any meaningful sense once produced, all sales are final and non-refundable from the moment your order is placed.

By completing checkout you acknowledge and agree that you are ordering a personalized digital good, that production begins immediately, and that you waive any statutory right of withdrawal or "cooling off" period that would otherwise apply to digital content created to your specifications (including, where applicable, under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent consumer-protection laws in other jurisdictions).

2. Free revisions instead of refunds

We genuinely want you and your child to love the final book. If something feels off — a name spelling, hair color, an ending you would like reworded, an illustration that doesn't quite match — we will revise it for you free of charge, up to two (2) rounds of revisions within fourteen (14) days of delivery. To request a revision, simply reply to your delivery email or write to hello@littlemirrorbooks.com describing what you would like changed.

Revisions are limited to the existing scope of your order (same child, same struggle, same illustration style). New books, new children, new themes, or a complete rewrite are considered new orders.

3. Limited exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund in the following narrow circumstances:

  • Your order was charged twice for the same book due to a verified payment-processor error.
  • We are unable to deliver your order at all and cannot do so within thirty (30) days of purchase.
  • Where required by mandatory, non-waivable consumer-protection law in your country of residence.

Refunds, where granted, are issued back to the original payment method within ten (10) business days. We do not refund based on taste, personal preference, change of mind, gift recipient dissatisfaction, missed gifting occasions, or buyer's remorse.

4. Chargebacks & disputes

We ask that you contact us first at hello@littlemirrorbooks.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Almost every issue can be resolved with a quick revision. Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks for delivered, personalized digital goods will be contested with full delivery records, including order metadata, IP address, delivery confirmation, and all email correspondence.

5. Subscription cancellations

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future billing immediately; books already paid for will still be produced and delivered, and the most recent month's charge is non-refundable.
